By accessing or using our Site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
2. Eligibility
By using our Site and services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our Site and services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our Site and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
Transmit any material that is harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Registration and Account Security
To access certain features of our Site and services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Fees and Payment
Upfront Payment:
Payment for all sessions is required upfront before the commencement of the first session. This ensures your spot is reserved and helps us plan and allocate resources effectively.
Payment Plan:
If you are unable to complete the full payment upfront, we offer a flexible payment plan that allows you to break the total amount into two installments:
First Installment: 50% of the total payment is due before the first session.
Second Installment: The remaining 50% is due halfway through the scheduled sessions.
Please note that the second installment must be paid on or before the midway point to continue with the remaining sessions.
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, check, venmo.
Late Payments:
If a payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the remaining sessions until the payment is made. Late payments may also incur a late fee of $40/session rate (Mental Performance) or $35/session rate (Athletic Retirement).
Refunds and Cancellations:
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on refunds and cancellations. Refunds will not be provided for sessions canceled within 24 hours or for no-show appointments.
Financial Hardship:
If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact us to discuss potential arrangements. We are committed to working with you to find a solution that ensures you can continue to benefit from our services.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
We understand that sometimes schedules change, and we strive to accommodate your needs as best as we can. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Rescheduling or Canceling a Session:
Prior to 24 Hours: Sessions canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment can be rescheduled without penalty.
Within 24 Hours: Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may not be rescheduled, and the session will be considered lost.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notification, the session will be considered lost, and you will forfeit the session fee.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us as soon as possible. This will help us accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for sessions canceled within 24 hours or for no-show appointments. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours in advance and do not wish to reschedule, please contact us to discuss your options.
Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sarah Lauren Consulting or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from our Site without our prior written permission.
9. Privacy Policy

10. Limitation of Liability
