Sports and competition pulse through the veins of our society, impacting each of us uniquely. With 12 years of competitive volleyball experience and as a dedicated sports fan, I've seen the highs and lows of high-level competition. One crucial lesson I've learned is that training your mind is just as important as training your body.

Mental training is what distinguishes good athletes from great ones. This next-level mental conditioning inspired me to earn an MA in Sport and Performance Psychology, equipping me to help athletes elevate the mental aspect of their game.

I've also observed a common challenge among athletes nearing the end of their careers—uncertainty about life after competition. That's why I've dedicated a part of my consulting practice to support retired athletes as they navigate their post-sports journey.
